Band Camp
Band camp begins on Monday, August 4th and runs from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. each day
through Friday, August 8th. The week culminates with a preview show on Friday
at 6:30 p.m. and a picnic at 7:00 p.m.
To find out more about the fall marching season, please attend the parent
meeting on August 4th at 7 p.m. in the BHS cafeteria. For all returning
band students, our band camp packets will be distributed at the parent meeting. Our incoming
band students should have already received this information. If not, you can

Forms are due back to Mr. Glidewell by Friday, August 8th. We require that
the emergency card be notarized. At the parent meeting on August 4th, there will
be a notary present and she will charge a nominal fee ($2) to notarize your form.
We encourage you to bring your emergency card and
have it notarized at the parent meeting.
Welcome New Band Members and Families!!!
We would like to welcome the new band members and families to the
Railroader Marching Band! We are glad that you are joining the band
and we are excited about what the new season holds for us. To answer any of your
questions, we've provided a

page. Additionally, you can contact Mr. Glidewell, Director of Music at BHS, or
any one of the band booster officers if you have questions. Our emails and

Mr. Glidewell and his staff have a great field show planned for the fall and we
are very excited that you will be part of it. Our Marching Railroaders are
the reigning Group 1 Invitational Champions
and are looking forward to continuing their excellence on the field.
